Dandenong Ranges Wildlife Recovery, Weed Management and Fuel Reduction Programme

Port Phillip & Westernport Catchment Management Authority

RMCG was engaged by the CMA to assist them in planning and preparation of the  community led Dandenong Ranges Weed, Wildlife and Fire Programme grants. This included development of an implementation plan for the project, scoping out funding priorities and principles, development of a funding application and designing a project assessment process. RMCG worked closely in collaboration with the project reference group (largely made up of community members) to define project priorities, develop a schedule of activities to implement grants and assist in the review and selection for the first round of applications.
